Every 5 years we are required to appear in front of the Town of Hempstead Board of Zoning Appeals to renew of our permits to operate. This will be our third renewal. The first two went without a hitch. We are presently in Supreme Court overturning a decision on our new Wantagh facility which had already been approved and then the cabaret license revoked before we even had a chance to open due to the association with Showtime Cafe.
