From the North Shore of Eastern Long Island:
Take the LIE to exit 53 south( Sagtikos Parkway south) to the Southern State Parkway west

Take the Sunrise Highway west to the Southern State west

Exit 44 south which is Route 135 south to Southern State Parkway west to ext 25 south or Wantagh State Parkway south to Southern State Parkway west to exit 25 south
From New York City:
Long Island Expressway to the Cross Island Parkway south (exit 31 south) to the Southern State Parkway East
Southern State Parkway exit 25 south which is also known as Route 106, Newbridge Road. After exiting at 25 south the club is located after the second traffic light on the right in the apex of the Dunkin Donuts Shopping Plaza on the corner of Bellmore Ave.
